This year, I wanted to spend more time planning my weekly menu. My dinner menu is vegan and I was finding myself getting bored by eating in a narrow lane of vegan meat substitutes and prepared meals. Nothing against them, I just wanted more variety. So, I've committed to learning new recipes, but I also want to share some of my tried and true recipes and reviews of vegan meat substitutes, for those just venturing into the vegan food world.
